I've had several jobs where the word "expert" was tacked onto the description simply because I was qualified to do my job.

I often have bewildered customers flippantly answer "well, you're the expert," when I ask them such difficult questions as "what color cabinet do you want?"

I was once called a sandwich artist, but I certainly didn't spend a multi year apprenticeship with a sandwich master.

That is to say, I am not an expert at anything, but I have loads of exp.
