West German peculiarities of the 1980s - i.e. Scout schoolbags

Ableism awareness and inclusion I have the rather limited German perspective. In many English speaking countries Disability Rights, Disability Culture, inclusion and anti-ableism are far more advanced than here. The UN is frequently unhappy about Germany's slow progress. So if someone was wanting help for something set elsewhere or inclusion elsewhere I may be able to point to people/accounts with experience in the respective country, too.
